Rubber bushes are made of an inner and an outer tube, bonded together by a layer of rubber vulcanized to metal. Bushes dampen radial,axial, torsion and cardan movements and forces.As a resilient connecting element, these bushes have a wide range of applications,such as: vibrating machines, gearboxes, axes bearings, etc.

The molding processes we use is Comprssion Molding: Taking a pr-measured amount of raw rubber material that is placed into a heated open lower mold cavity.This method can produce custom rubber products that are curved,and is usually more cheap than other molding process.

Material we use: NBR,Nitrile,Buna-N Silicone,VMQ Viton,FKM, Fluorocarbon NR, Natural Rubber CR, Neoprene FVMQ, Fluorosilicone HNBR
